What Do You Need to Do to Give Your Company a Chance to Grow?

  

The mere fact of owning a business may not automatically be particularly satisfying. It may turn out that someone is finally working “on their own”, but has never worked so much before, and under such great pressure from time, competition, and customers themselves.

For example: I know a lot of people, especially micro-entrepreneurs, who are extremely burdened with work, but when they sum up this work in accounting, it turns out that if they went to another company full-time, they would earn similarly, but they would have more peace and benefits in the form of paid leave, social benefits, and maybe even additional benefits in the form of various access to medical care or even sports clubs.

If you look at this situation with common sense, such rigor and “squeezing” simply does not pay off.

In Poland, the mortality rate among new companies is 80% within a year of establishment, and the remaining companies very often get stuck at the stage of being a micro-enterprise. In other words. No one can say that the topic is generally simple.

Almost anyone can run a business today. In the future, almost everyone will have an episode of trying to take on this challenge at least once in their life.

This creates great opportunities, but also leads to great fragmentation of the market.

The number of entities competing for customers in the same categories will be huge. The niche phenomenon will take on a completely different dimension and will consist in the fact that the period of relatively solitary penetration of this niche will be extremely short. Generic competitors will immediately appear, and maybe even clones, which will copy the brand and its functionalities.

Fragmentation – this is the time of short series.

Business and marketing in times of fragmentation will have the dimension of short series, shorter product life cycles and the business model itself.
